Quickly was founded out of real frustration. We watched small business owners around us - tradespeople, consultants, freelancers, small studios - waste hours every week on things that shouldn't take more than a minute. Opening a laptop just to issue an invoice. Searching for a customer in a screen with 300 clients. Fighting with clunky software just to send a bill. Chasing clients for payment one text at a time. They ended the day with invoicing tools that felt more annoying than helpful.

We thought they deserved something better. Much better.

Every business owner already holds the most powerful tool for creating invoices in their hand - WhatsApp. It's open, it's fast, it requires no installation. The only problem is that it doesn't know how to issue an invoice. Three principles guide every decision we make:
