Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation at Any Time

You can cancel your Quickly subscription at any time, with no need for a reason and with no cancellation fee. The cancellation is processed immediately in the system and the recurring billing automation stops at once.

2. When the Cancellation Takes Effect

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period that has been paid. Until then the user continues to enjoy all the features of the plan in full. There is no further charge afterwards.

No monetary refund, full or partial, will be given for a billing period that has already been paid. This is a standard policy for SaaS services that provide immediate digital access - the service is consumed from the moment a plan is activated and is non-returnable.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel a subscription in any of the following ways:

  • Through the dashboard: Settings - Subscription, clicking "Cancel subscription"
  • Sending an email to support@quicklyinv.co.il with the business name and company/business number
  • A WhatsApp message to the bot with the words "cancel subscription" ("ביטול מנוי")

4. What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation

All the information you created (invoices, customers, expenses, reports) is retained in the system for the period required by law - 7 years for tax invoices (חשבונית מס) under the Tax Authority's requirements. You can download them at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

To request full deletion of the account before the end of the legal period, you can initiate the DSAR process through the Danger Zone or contact privacy@quicklyinv.co.il. Further details in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changing Plans (Upgrade / Downgrade)

  • Upgrade (Business → Premium on the same billing cycle): can be done at any time. The pro-rated difference for the remaining period is charged immediately.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund.
  • Monthly to annual: the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. The next charge will be at the annual price and valid for one year.

6. Inquiries and Appeals

For claims regarding billing or cancellation, contact support@quicklyinv.co.il with the transaction details. We will handle the inquiry within one business day. In cases where no agreement has been reached, you can turn to the Israel Consumer Council (Authority for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade).
