Accessibility Statement
Last audit: 2026-04-18
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Quickly regards providing an equitable and accessible service to people with disabilities as a supreme value. We work to make the website and the voice/text bot on WhatsApp suitable for all users, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 5773-2013, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568 based on WCAG 2.0 at level AA.
2. Conformance Level
The website was manually tested and adapted to level AA according to IS 5568 / WCAG 2.0. The main components that were adapted:
- Correct semantic structure (landmarks, ordered headings)
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Esc)
- Color contrast conforming to AA (at least 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Clear labels on form fields
- Visible focus on every interactive component
- Support for text enlargement up to 200% without loss of content
- Full RTL direction for Hebrew
- A floating accessibility widget on the site with control over font size, contrast, link highlighting and a large cursor
3. The WhatsApp Bot
Quickly's core service is conducted through WhatsApp - a platform inherently accessible to screen readers, users of voice interfaces and users with fine motor impairments. The bot accepts text and voice messages, supports read-aloud through the WhatsApp app, and enables all users to produce invoices and manage customers through a simple conversational interface in Hebrew.
4. Parts Still Being Improved
- PDF files of invoices and receipts: the output is generated with selectable text accessible to a screen reader, but certain designs may require further adjustments.
- Some graphs and diagrams in "Reports and Analytics" contain a shortened textual description. Work on a fuller description is in progress.
If you encounter an inaccessible area not detailed here, we would be glad if you would report it.
5. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
If you encounter difficulty using the website or the bot, we are committed to handling your report within a reasonable timeframe. You can contact us:
- By email: accessibility@quicklyinv.co.il
- Via WhatsApp to the bot (noting "accessibility report" at the start of the message)
- On the general contact form on the "Contact" page
We will endeavour to respond within one business day and offer a solution or an accessible alternative. If no agreement is reached, you can turn to the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice.
6. Accessibility Coordinator
Accessibility handling is coordinated by the Quickly team, led by the founder. Inquiries to the accessibility coordinator: accessibility@quicklyinv.co.il.
