Payment Terms Calculator (EOM+30 / EOM+60)

EOM+60 sounds like two months, but it depends entirely on when you issued the invoice. Enter the date and the agreed terms to get the exact day the money should arrive — plus the comparison that shows how many days of credit you hand the client for free just by issuing early in the month.

When should the money arrive?

Pick the terms you agreed with the client and the invoice date.

Due date
Days waiting: 37
Wednesday, 30 September 2026
Clock starts fromMonday, 31 August 2026

Only Friday and Saturday are shifted. Holidays are not modelled — their Gregorian dates move every year, and a fixed table would silently produce wrong answers.

Same invoice, different issue dates

Under EOM+N the clock starts at the end of the month — so an invoice issued early in the month waits almost a full month longer than the same invoice issued at the end of it.

60 Days waiting
Issued on 15
30 September 2026
46 Days waiting
Issued on 28

33 Days waiting

Tip: on EOM terms, issuing on the 2nd instead of the 28th of the previous month costs you almost 30 days of credit — handed to the client for free.

Israel's Supplier Payment Ethics Law sets maximum payment terms for public bodies that are shorter than private-market norms. If your client is a government office, local authority or health fund, check the statute — the terms you agreed may not be lawful.

The calculation reflects the terms you entered and does not shift for holidays. Payment terms are set by agreement between the parties; statutory maximums apply to public bodies.

How it works

  • EOM+N starts at the end of the month. Not at the invoice date. An invoice from the 3rd and one from the 30th of the same month are paid on exactly the same day — the first simply waited 27 days longer.
  • Net+N starts at the invoice itself. This is the standard form in international contracts (Net 30) and is fundamentally different from EOM. It's worth confirming which one your contract actually says.
  • Banks don't clear on Friday or Saturday. A due date landing on the weekend effectively moves to Sunday. You can switch the shift off if you want the raw calendar date.
  • Issuing at month end is worth money. Under EOM terms, the gap between issuing on the 28th and issuing on the 2nd of the next month is nearly 30 days of credit — cash flow for you, free for the client.

Frequently asked questions

What does EOM+30 (שוטף+30) mean?

Payment terms where the clock starts at the end of the month the invoice was issued in, and only then 30 days are added. An invoice issued on March 10 is paid on April 30 — 51 days after issue, not 30.

What's the difference between EOM+30 and Net 30?

Under EOM+30 the count starts at the end of the invoice month. Under Net 30 it starts from the invoice date itself. On the same invoice the difference can approach a full month, which is why it's worth confirming which form your contract uses.

What happens when the due date falls on Shabbat or a holiday?

In practice payment moves to the next business day, since banks don't clear on Friday or Saturday. This calculator shifts weekends but not holidays — the Gregorian dates of Jewish holidays move every year, and a fixed table would produce wrong answers without warning.

Can a client insist on EOM+90?

Between private businesses, payment terms are a matter of contract and bargaining power. For public bodies — government offices, local authorities and health funds — Israel's Supplier Payment Ethics Law sets maximum terms shorter than market norms. If your client is such a body, check the statute.

How do I shorten the wait without a fight?

Three ways that need no renegotiation: issue at the end of the month rather than the start of the next, invoice on the day the work was delivered instead of batching to month end, and confirm the invoice actually reached accounts payable rather than just your contact — many delays are simply an invoice that was never logged.
