Quickly for an authorized dealer (osek murshe) - tax invoices with an allocation number and a VAT report on WhatsApp
An authorized dealer (עוסק מורשה) in Israel is required to issue a tax invoice with an allocation number from the Tax Authority, file periodic VAT reports, and keep orderly records. Quickly turns all of this into a WhatsApp conversation - a signed tax invoice with an allocation number within seconds, a PCN874 VAT report ready to file, and an accountant file synced automatically.
What Quickly does for you as an authorized dealer
- ✓ A tax invoice with an allocation number from SHAAM, digitally signed as required by law
- ✓ Automatic VAT calculation at 18% (January 2025 onward)
- ✓ A PCN874 VAT report ready to upload in your SHAAM personal area
- ✓ Real-time tracking of receipts, debts, and open invoices
- ✓ Withholding tax management and attaching your withholding certificate to the invoice
- ✓ Credit invoice, quote, and receipt - all in a single message
- ✓ A direct connection to your accountant's file
Allocation number - mandatory for an authorized dealer
Following the Tax Authority's reform, a tax invoice above a certain amount must include a unique allocation number. Without an allocation number, the customer receiving the invoice cannot offset input VAT. Quickly receives the allocation number automatically at the moment of issuance - with no need to log into the SHAAM system manually.

How it works
- 1. Connect to Quickly and identify the business as an authorized dealer (osek murshe certificate, withholding file)
- 2. Send a WhatsApp message: "tax invoice 12,000 plus VAT to ABC Ltd for development"
- 3. Quickly receives an allocation number, calculates 18% VAT, and produces a signed professional PDF
- 4. At the end of each reporting period - a PCN874 VAT report ready in one click
Authorized dealer vs. exempt dealer
Unlike an exempt dealer (osek patur), an authorized dealer (osek murshe) is required to collect VAT, file a periodic VAT report, and submit an annual report. On the other hand, an authorized dealer can offset input VAT on business expenses - which is a significant advantage. If your income has crossed the exempt-dealer ceiling, switching to an authorized dealer is a legal requirement.

Frequently asked questions
Does Quickly issue tax invoices with an allocation number from the Tax Authority?
Yes. Quickly is connected directly to the Tax Authority's SHAAM (שע"מ) system and receives an allocation number automatically for every tax invoice above the threshold amount. The number is embedded on the digitally signed PDF, as required by law for an authorized dealer.
How does Quickly calculate VAT for an authorized dealer?
Quickly automatically adds VAT at a rate of 18% (the rate in effect in Israel since January 2025) to every tax invoice. The system also supports exempt, zero-rated, and export transactions as required by law.
Can I produce a PCN874 VAT report through Quickly?
Yes. Quickly generates a VAT report file in the Tax Authority's PCN874 format for the period (monthly or bi-monthly), ready for direct upload to SHAAM's reporting system.
How does withholding tax work in Quickly?
Quickly recognizes customers who apply withholding tax, automatically attaches your withholding certificate to the invoice, and keeps an organized record for the annual summary and the annual report to your accountant.
Does Quickly send the invoice directly to the customer and to the accountant?
Yes. You can set every invoice to be sent automatically by email to the customer and, in parallel, to your accountant's file, including a periodic uniform file (BKMVDATA) as required by the Tax Authority.
